If you receive a kit and are unsatisfied BEFORE you begin, please send us an email at papercloudscreativeco@gmail.com, and we will do our best to make it right. We hope you understand that we cannot accept returns after projects are complete, but again, reach out to us so that we can hear your feedback and make it better.
